Invites are free to send. The prorated seat charge fires only when the invitee accepts. Pending invites are clearly marked not billed until accepted. Remove a seat and Stripe credit applies against your next invoice - never a direct refund.

From the moment you sign up, you have 7 days to activate the trial. Once activated, you get 3 full days of unlimited Business access - no payment method required. When the trial ends, access pauses but your account and all your data are preserved. Upgrade any time to keep working.
