Why this matched

  • Direct overlap with ACME rail systems integration and signalling track record.
  • Recent Nordic rail delivery proves comparable scale and regulatory context.
  • Contract size sits squarely in the firm's preferred 30 to 60 million euro band.

Scoring

Matching is one of many AI signals.

Capability matching, requirement coverage, and country risk: every AI signal flows back into the bid record so the team sees one view, not seven dashboards.

Every score is explainable down to the signal that produced it and the weight it carried. Audit the score, and feed outcomes back so the next one is better.

Knowledge Graph

Every capability, backed by a quote.

Upload your company profile, references, project data sheets, and CVs. Klarum extracts structured capability evidence, and builds a living index of what your firm can actually do - and where it is proven. No tagging, no manual matrices, no stale forms.

Every capability node links back to the exact passages that justify it. Confidence-scored, chunk-counted, fully auditable. The graph is not a slide - it is the substrate every other AI signal runs on.

  • Capability extraction from your existing document library - no manual entry
  • Every capability node carries verbatim evidence quotes from source documents
  • Confidence and evidence scores on every edge, exportable and auditable
  • Living index: re-indexes automatically as new documents are uploaded
  • Powers matching, partnership scoring, EOI drafting, and counterfactual lifts

Capabilities

The record. And every layer on top.

01 / 04

The Bid Record

One record per bid. Status, owner, deadlines, documents, comments, and every AI signal, versioned, audited, and exportable.

02 / 04

AI Matching

A multi-signal ensemble ranks the opportunities that best fit your firm, and shows its working. One of many AI signals attached to the record.

03 / 04

High-Touch Collaboration

Real teams, real bids. Comments, ownership, handoffs, and status transitions, all on the same record, all in real time.

04 / 04

Intelligence Layer

Win-rate reporting, country risk, market analytics. Every outcome is logged back as a label, so scoring learns from real bid behaviour.

Process

Capture. Score. Decide.

  1. Capture

Every tender, every internal bid, every status change becomes a record. One source of truth for the whole team.

  2. Score

AI signals like matching, requirement coverage, and country risk attach to the record continuously, with full audit trails on every weight.

  3. Decide

Teams work the record high-touch. Outcomes feed back into the firm prior, so the system gets smarter with every bid.

Platform

Everything teams need on top of the record.

Built for procurement teams operating at volume, from national infrastructure bids to cross-border services contracts. The database holding your data is in Frankfurt; our security notice states the full processing chain.

Support

Questions, answered.

  • Because the bid record is the durable artefact every other surface hangs off: status, scoring, collaboration, analytics. Not a CRM bolt-on, not a doc store. One record per bid, versioned and exportable.

  • A weighted ensemble of independent signals: semantic fit, coverage of the requirements a notice actually states, your track record, geography, budget band, sector, country risk, capability graph, team capacity and timeline. Each is calibrated to a common scale before weighting, and a signal that cannot be computed redistributes its weight rather than scoring you zero. The result is explainable down to the signal that produced it and the weight it carried.

  • Public and private procurement across 150+ countries. EU-focused depth, with frameworks for national infrastructure, services, defence, and cross-border goods contracts.

  • Ingestion runs on a schedule, and your Featured shortlist is re-scored nightly at 06:00 UTC, so a new notice is normally scored and waiting the next morning. You never have to wait for that cycle: "Send to Featured" runs the full ensemble on any single notice on demand, including live extraction of its stated requirements.

  • Data belonging to different organisations is separated by access controls in the Klarum application, and customer content is never used to train or fine-tune foundation models. Klarum is a shared-infrastructure, multi-tenant service rather than a per-customer deployment. The database holding customer data is hosted in Frankfurt; document parsing uses a provider established in the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and we are verifying the region of every inference path before stating it. Our security notice carries the full detail, including the current sub-processor list.
